Are turtles sightings guaranteed?+
As turtles are wild animals living freely in the ocean, we can never guarantee a sighting. However, the tour visits areas where turtles are often seen, so there is a very good chance you may spot one. Every trip is different, and that is part of the magic of seeing wildlife in its natural home.
What should I bring?+
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and some water. Loose items can be stored in the lockers provided.
Can children join?+
Of course! Children from ages 6 and above are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Child tickets are from ages 6-10.
What equipment is included?+
The kayak, paddle, life jacket, snorkelling mask, snorkel and water shoes are all provided.
How long does the experience last?+
The full kayaking and snorkelling experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
What happens if there is bad weather?+
Your safety always comes first. If conditions are not suitable, the provider may reschedule or cancel the activity. In the event a suitable date cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
