Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you browse, enquire about or book an experience through What 2 Do Tenerife.
38627, Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
General terms applying to information, bookings and services offered through the website.
1. Booking process
The customer must provide complete and accurate information and check the selected experience, date, time, participants, price and requirements before payment.
A booking becomes binding when the applicable confirmation is issued. Some activities use live availability; others require operational confirmation after the request or payment.
2. Prices and payments
The final price, currency, participants, options and applicable amount are displayed before payment. Payment may be processed by an authorised external payment or booking provider.
A payment authorisation alone does not replace operational confirmation where the activity requires availability to be checked.
3. Providers and activities
Activities may be performed by independent providers responsible for operational delivery, equipment, staff, licences, safety and compliance relating to the activity.
Routes, vessels, vehicles, schedules or meeting points may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for weather, safety or operational reasons.
4. Customer obligations
Customers must arrive on time, follow safety instructions, provide any required identification and disclose relevant restrictions or medical information when requested.
Participation may be refused where legal, age, health, safety or behaviour requirements are not met.
5. Cancellations and changes
Customer cancellations are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy published on this website. Requests must be made by telephone before the applicable deadline.
For leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory withdrawal right may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.
6. Complaints and applicable law
Problems should be reported as soon as possible so that a reasonable solution can be attempted. Complaints may be submitted using the contact details published on the website.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdiction applicable to the customer.
