Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will only be refunded 70% of the ticket price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before and no-shows will not be refunded. Date changes may be requested and are subject to availability.

Do I need to know how to ride a jet ski?+
No previous experience is required to take part. An in depth safety briefing is provided and there will be a guide present during experience to assist if necessary.
Where does the tour take us?+
The 3 hour safari heads west from Puerto Colón towards Los Gigantes, where you'll get to see Tenerife's famous cliffs. If conditions permit, the tour may also stop off at La Caleta, Tenerife's 'Hippie Beach'.
Is there an age limit?+
You must be at least 16 years old to operate a jet ski. If driving with a passenger, the driver must be at least 18.
Can I ride with a passenger?+
Yes, you can book a double jet ski! Please note that if riding with a passenger the driver must be at least 18 years old.

Each jet ski can hold a maximum weight of 180kg.

The activity may be rescheduled or cancelled if sea conditions are deemed unsafe. In the event of a cancellation, the activity will be rescheduled or a full refund issued.
